Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and click "Order (via Telegram)". This will open a pre-filled message with your order details. Send it to us, and we'll confirm your order and arrange payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, mobile payment (Wing, ABA, etc.), and cash on delivery in Phnom Penh. Payment details will be shared via Telegram after you place your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order by contacting us via Telegram (@helene_qtn) as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, modifications may not be possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation message via Telegram with all your order details, including estimated delivery time and payment instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location: 2-3 days in Phnom Penh, 3-5 days in major cities (Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville), and 5-7 days in other provinces. Maximum delivery time is 7 days across Cambodia.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders over $80 in Cambodia. Orders under $80 have a $5 shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Cambodia. We are working on expanding our shipping to neighboring countries. Stay tuned!
How can I track my order?
We will keep you updated via Telegram at each stage: order confirmation, preparation, shipping, and delivery. You can always reach out to us for real-time updates.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes sizing information. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a fitted look or choosing your usual size for a comfortable fit. Contact us via Telegram if you need personalized advice.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! All our pieces are handcrafted by skilled Cambodian artisans using traditional techniques. Each item is unique and made with care.
What is a Krama?
The Krama is a traditional Cambodian scarf with a distinctive checkered pattern. It's a UNESCO-recognized heritage fabric that represents Cambodian culture and craftsmanship. We reinterpret this iconic pattern in contemporary designs.
How do I care for my items?
Most items can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air-drying to preserve the quality. Specific care instructions are provided with each product.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Contact us via Telegram to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 14 days for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us via Telegram to arrange an exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. In those cases, we cover all costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

We blend Cambodian heritage (Krama) with French elegance (Vichy gingham) to create unique, contemporary pieces. Each item celebrates the encounter between tradition and modernity. Each piece is handmade and unique.
